“Thank you for staying at our Airbnb!"

Before you go, we have a few things we ask you to do:

When you leave, please make sure that the garage door is closed. Please lock the garage door and the back door. Leave by using the front door. Close it securely and press the bottom button to lock the door. Since the door lock is an electronic combination, that is it. No keys to turn in. No hassles.
The check-out time is at 11 AM. Please let us know if you need a late check out and we will be happy to accommodate you if we are able. (We need time to get the house ready for our next guests, so please try to be considerate of check-out times)
Check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind or that might have dropped.
Log out of any accounts you might have entered on Smart TV (Netflix, ESPN, Disney, etc.)
Turn off all the lights and both the upstairs and downstairs thermostats.
There is no need to strip any of the beds. We will take care of that for you.
Make sure all the windows and doors are shut and locked.
Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher & please start the load.
Please tidy up after yourselves.
Put all rubbish in the trash bin. Empty the kitchen trash bin into the large green receptacle outside the garage.
Remember to take any food home that you might have purchased from both the fridge and the pantry.
