1. You have room to sleep the whole family.  Our house sleeps 12.  And It's close to DFW.
2. Huge kitchen with open floor plan connecting it to the living room.  You can be cooking and still not miss out on any "Dad" jokes or fun stories. 
3. Plenty of games and fun activities are provided. Puzzles, Board Games, Cards, Dice, Ladder Golf, Cornhole, and on and on.
4. Firepit for roasting marshmallows.
5. Fishing.
6. Kayaks Included for early morning workouts.
7. Power charging for the annoying relatives with the electric car.
8. Morning coffee on the enclosed back porch overlooking the lake.
9. IMPORTANT - No laundry to do after they leave.
10. THE BEST - You don't have to actually clean your own house before anyone comes over.
