1. You have room to sleep the whole family.  Our house sleeps 12.  And It's close to DFW.
2. Huge kitchen with open floor plan connecting it to the living room.  You can be cooking and still not miss out on any "Dad" jokes or fun stories. 
3. Plenty of games and fun activities are provided. Puzzles, Board Games, Cards, Dice, Ladder Golf, Cornhole, and on and on.
4. Firepit for roasting marshmallows.
5. Fishing.
6. Kayaks Included for early morning workouts.
7. Power charging for the electric cars of the annoying relatives with one.
8. Morning coffee on the enclosed back porch overlooking the lake. Evening drinks with beautiful sunsets over the lake.
9. IMPORTANT - No laundry to do after they leave.
10. THE BEST - You don't have to actually clean your own home before anyone comes over - our lakehouse is always clean.
