Chilcottage Rocks - Hidden Painted Rocks Game

We have teamed up with https://followrock.com/ to present you a new type of game here at the Chilcottage @ Lake Tawakoni.

My kids have taken their time to decorate some rocks for you. They are located in the bucket on the counter.

On the back of each one is a code.  That code can be tracked on the website https://followrock.com/

Feel free to take a rock. One rock ONLY please.  You can then keep this rock for yourself and take it home for you to enjoy or you can choose to hide it again somewhere on you next travels or possibly around your neighborhood.

It's up to you. The important thing though is to log the rock on the website https://followrock.com/ and either list it as being found and kept or re-hide it so that it can be found by the next person.

If you write down the code for the rock (and keep it someplace safe), you can follow the rock on its journey across the lands.

Some Helpful Hints & Other Important Tips

Try not to hide the rock to well, or it will never again be found and travel to its next destination

Obtain permission: Always check with the land management agency before placing any items on public land and ask private landowners for permission before hiding anything on their property. 

I have also included some rocks for you to paint as well. Above the microwave in the kitchen are a few rocks and some painting supplies.

Feel free to paint some fun rocks and then leave them behind when you check out on a paper towel to dry.  I will give these rocks a code and then send them on their way with future guests.

Leave a note with your name (First Only & Last Initial) and age and I will post it as well on the rock following website.
