Treasure

Yaaaar.  You scurvy dogs.  I, Captain Black Toe, am hiding my bounty somewhere here on this property where it will never be found, where only I, Captain Black Toe can find it. To search for it you have to book a trip to The Chilcottage on Lake Tawakoni. or DON'T and leave my treasure alone. Since you seem to be still reading this message for some reason, there are rumors of a traitor in my crew.  Some have said that the snake in the grass has left clues where to retrieve my most prized possessions. I will surely seek out that rat and make that dirty scoundrel walk the dock (by the lake).  Unfortunately, it's only like 5 foot deep there - no diving please - but I can still do that and hope that some sort of underworld sea serpents will drag his crazy liar, liar pants on fire booty down below. So if you hear rumors about treasure, IGNORE THEM. and just plain go away. I am ordering you, not nicely, but rather kinda meanly, ignore what that dirty stinky bad guy said, and don't look for my treasure chest. OR YOU WILL REGET IT FOR SURE!!!!!!!!  see CAPITAL LETTERS means that I am ANGRY.  also tell your parents 5 stars. or i will have the sea beast get them too. 
There is nothing to find in the treasure chest, it's probably empty.  Go play or fish or something! I have heard the playhouse is fun.  Whatever. YAAAR!
