January 2022 - The New House 🏡 Welcome to the Lake Tawakoni Chilcottage.  See what we did there? Our last name is Chilcott + cottage.  So Silly! It's a real "fix'er upper", but we have been hard at work making it beautiful inside and out.  This fun place is located on Lake Tawakoni, just an hour outside of Dallas.
